It only has a banner displayed on its storefront, and it’s a little off the beaten path, but customers have found their way to Brooklyn Cupcake in Williamsburg’s South Side. Our bake shop offers the standard flavors, but what sets us apart are the Latin staples condensed into cupcake form, like Flan, Guava Con Queso, Dulce De Leche, Tres Leches, and Puerto Rican Coquito. Because the girls are half-Italian, they pay homage to that culture as well with their #1 flavors, Rainbow Cookie and Tiramisu.

Cousins, husbands, nieces and aunts all run our operation in the 600-square-foot space. To keep up with demand, we are working up to 16-hour shifts and now keep our doors open seven days a week.
